PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all China Bank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
     
  2. Cardholders are entitled to the following promo offers:
    Discount Offer Program Duration
    • 20% discount on any food selections
    • 15% discount on beverage
    • Maximum number of guests per booking is ten (10)
    • Advance reservation is required by calling +632 7795-0777 or
      by e-mail to mireio.makati@raffles.com
    April 4 to December 31, 2021
    (No blackout dates)

     
  3. To avail of the offers, Cardholders must present and use their China Bank Credit Card for payment. Operational hours of Mireio is from 5:00PM to 10:00PM from Wednesdays to Sundays (dinner) and from 11:30AM to 2:30PM every Sundays (brunch) for indoor dining at 9/F Mireio, Raffles Hotel Makati and for al fresco dining at 10/F Mireio Terrace, Raffles Hotel Makati.
     
  4. The offers are non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers and packages of Fairmont Raffles Hotel Makati.
     
  5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen can avail of either the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
     
  6. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offers and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her China Bank Credit Card, China Bank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offers availed to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
     
  7. In case of disputes related to the promo, China Bank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
     
  8. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, non-investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing China Bank Credit Cards
