PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all China Bank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
     
  2. Promo period is from November 19, 2021 to November 19, 2022.
     
  3. Cardholders are entitled to avail the program offer/s of the following participating properties of SM Hotels & Conventions Corporation when they use their China Bank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment. Refer to Annex A for the program offer/s of each participating property.

  4. Advance reservation is required. Cardholder must contact the hotel for room reservation and to be advised of the current government guidelines and restrictions applicable for the preferred stay dates.
     
  5. Discount is subject to availability at the time of reservation and not applicable on the establishment’s blackout date/s. For reservations and inquiries, cardholder must contact the designated property.
     
  6. Cardholder must present his/her China Bank Credit Card upon check-in and must use it for payment.
     
  7. The discount offer is non-transferrable, not convertible to cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers, packages, corporate rates, and conference/group bookings.
     
  8. Cardholders with mandatory and government-regulated discount have the option to choose which promo or discount to apply.
     
  9. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
     
  10. The standard room cancellation policy of the participating properties of SM Hotels & Conventions Corporation shall apply.
     
  11. The general terms and conditions of the participating properties of SM Hotels & Conventions Corporation shall apply.
     
  12. In case of disputes related to the promo, China Bank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
     
  13. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, non-investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing China Bank Credit Cards.
