TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The Promo is open to all China Bank Credit Cardholders (“Cardholder/Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.
     
  2. The Promo is available from November 1 to 30, 2021.
     
  3. Qualified Cardholders will be entitled to get a FREE Sistema Food Container Set for a minimum single-receipt purchase of P10,000 and enjoy 0% Installment for up to 6 months when they pay using their China Bank Credit Card in all True Value branches.

  4. China Bank’s Merchant Installment Terms and Conditions shall apply.
     
  5. All decisions made by the Bank or the Merchant regarding this offer are considered final.
     
  6. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of the China Bank Credit Card are incorporated herein by reference and shall form an integral part thereof.
     
  7. In case of dispute related to the promo, China Bank's decision, in concurrence with the DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
     
  8. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Installment Program.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing China Bank Credit Cards.

In compliance with BSP DOSRI rules, employees with rank of Assistant Manager and up are required to pay their Credit Card Statement Balance in full and are not allowed to avail of any installment facilities.
