PROMO MECHANICS

I. Qualifications

  1. The Promo is open to all China Bank Credit Card Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current and in good credit standing*.
  2. The Promo is valid for new Jacinto & Lirio customers only.

II. Program Details

Cardholders are entitled to the following:

III. How to Avail of the Offer

Eligible Cardholders must proceed with the following steps:

  1. Visit Jacinto & Lirio website at https://www.jacintoandlirio.com.
  2. Choose the item and complete the details of your order:
    • Color / Specification
    • Linen Eco-Bag Color (optional)
    • Name for Engraving (optional)
    • Date for Rush Order (optional)
    • Quantity
  3. Once order details are completely filled out, click “Add to Cart” to proceed then continue shopping, or proceed to checkout cart.
  4. Provide the correct contact information and delivery address then continue to shipping.
  5. Select the desired shipping method and continue to payment.
  6. Enter the discount code upon checkout to avail of the discount for the transaction.
    • Discount code: CBCJAC + first 6-digit of card
  7. Under Payment Method, select “PayPal” to complete order or Credit Card via “PayMongo” and enter your China Bank Credit Card details.
  8. Once order is completely placed, an automated response e-mail will be sent to the Cardholder.

IV. Terms and Conditions

  1. To qualify for the promo offer, the Cardholder must use his/her China Bank Credit Card to purchase handcrafted vegan leather goods at Jacinto & Lirio (www.jacintoandlirio.com)
  2. The promo offer can be availed from February 25, 2021 to February 24, 2022.
  3. Promo code is valid for new customers and can only be used once per Cardholder.
  4. China Bank reserves the right to charge the amount of the promo offer to the account of the Cardholder in the following cases:
    1. The transaction that qualified the Cardholder to the discount is subsequently filed under dispute by the Cardholder, reversed, or found to be fraudulent or invalid.
    2. The Cardholder be found to be in violation of any of the terms and conditions of the promo.
  5. Any dispute concerning the product/services related to the promo offers shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Jacinto & Lirio.
  6. The offer is not transferrable and cannot be converted to other items such as, but not limited to, cash or gift certificates.
  7. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of either the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
  8. In case of disputes related to the Promo, the decision of China Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
  9. Terms and conditions governing issuance and use of China Bank Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be sorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.
  10. The promo is non-cumulative and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, promotions and discounted items unless specified.
  11. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the Promo Mechanics.

*Cardholders in good credit standing are those whose accounts are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, non-investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions governing China Bank Credit Cards
