The promo is open to all China Bank Credit Card Cardholders (“Cardholders”) whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing*.

III. How to Avail of the Offer:
1. Log-on to https://www.zalora.com.ph
2. Click on Shop Women or Shop Men, Shop Kids to begin.
3. Select product categories.
4. Select product.
5. Select size and click on “Add to Bag”.
6. Once finished, click CHECKOUT NOW to proceed.
7. Log in or Register by Signing in via Facebook. Input Customer Information such as name, phone number, and delivery address.
8. Select “Credit/Debit Card” as Payment Method and input China Bank Credit Card details.
9. Click “Have a promo code? Enter it here.”
10. Enter promo code then click APPLY.
11. Discount will be deducted via cart rule from subtotal
12. Click ORDER NOW to finalize the order.

How to Redeem ZALORA Cashback:
1. Go to ZALORA App
2. Pick the item you want to buy
3. Select size and click on “Add to Bag”
4. Go to Bag page
5. Turn on the Cashback toggle to redeem your Available Cashback
6. Complete the customer’s information and payment method
7. Review your order and Click “Place Order” to complete the transaction
8. Order Placed Successfully
9. Go to “My Account” and check your available Cashback

IV. Terms and Conditions:
1. Discount is not valid on essentials items.
2. Valid on multi-use per account for existing customers, one-time use for new customers.
3. Cashback is valid for 30 days.
4. Brand exclusions apply. Discount is not valid on the select categories and brands (see full list: www.zalora.com/ph/faq-non-sale).
5. China Bank’s terms and conditions shall govern the use of the Credit Card.
6. China Bank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offers to the Cardholder’s Credit Card account should the Cardholders violate any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her Credit Card.
7. Any complaint or dispute related to said use shall be referred solely to ZALORA. China Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any claim or loss suffered or incurred by the Cardholder due or attribute to ZALORA.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of China Bank with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
9. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

* Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
