PROMO MECHANICS

  1. The Promo is open to all China Bank Credit Cardholders ("Cardholders") whose accounts are active, current, and in good credit standing.*
     
  2. Promo period is from May 1 to October 31, 2022.
     
  3. Booking period is from May 1 to September 30, 2022.
     
  4. Stay period is from June 1 to October 31, 2022.
     
  5. Cardholders are entitled to avail of the following offer/s at The Lake Hotel Tagaytay when they use their China Bank Credit Card (“Credit Card”) for payment.
    • 40% OFF Deluxe and Suite Rooms based on published rates
    • 30% OFF Standard and Superior Rooms based on published rates
    • 10% OFF on F&B for ala carte dine-in at the hotel restaurant
       
  6. Advance reservation is required by calling and confirming with The Lake Hotel Tagaytay at (02) 8584-4470 / (0917) 593-9431 or e-mail at reservations@lakehoteltagaytay.com and confirming that the Cardholder will avail of the China Bank’s exclusive discount/privileges.
     
  7. The offer is not valid on the following blackout dates: June 11, August 20, 27 - 28, 2022.
     
  8. The offer is only applicable for direct bookings and for individual bookings and not valid for corporate rates, contracted rates, and conference/group bookings.
     
  9. Cardholder must present his/her China Bank Credit Card and a valid ID upon check-in and must use his/her China Bank Credit Card for payment.
     
  10. The offer is non-transferrable and cannot be exchanged for cash, vouchers, or other items or used in conjunction with other promotional offers and packages of The Lake Hotel Tagaytay or discount cards.
     
  11. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010, whichever is higher.
     
  12. In the event that the Cardholder was able to claim the offers and was subsequently proven to have violated any of the promo mechanics and/or terms and conditions governing the use of his/her China Bank Credit Card, China Bank reserves the right to charge the cost of the offer availed to the Cardholder's Credit Card account.
     
  13. In case of disputes related to the promo, China Bank's decision, in concurrence with DTI, will be deemed final and non-negotiable.
     
  14. By joining this promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood and agrees to be bound by the mechanics of the promo.

*Cardholders in good credit standing refers to accounts that are active and current and not blocked, delinquent or past due, not under any collections repayment program or special installment, not under investigation due to suspected fraudulent activities, or those whose Credit Cards are not reported lost or stolen, and those who have not otherwise, violated any of the Terms and Conditions Governing the Issuance and Use of the China Bank Credit Cards.
