How to sign up to China Bank Mobile App
  1. Go to any China Bank ATM and nominate 6-digit activation PIN
    Select Account Activation> Mobile Banking
  2. Download China Bank Mobile App
  3. Select Sign-up using ATM Card or Cash Card
  4. Input your ATM Card or Cash Card number
  5. Input the 6-digit activation PIN you nominated in the ATM
  6. Input the One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number
  7. Select the deposit account to link to your mobile banking app
  8. Create your user name and password then click submit

    Congratulations! You are now signed up to China Bank Mobile App
    On your first log-in, you will be required to input the Online Activation Code which was sent to your registered email address.

Please ensure that your mobile number and email address are updated to be able to complete the sign-up process. Kindly visit your branch of account to update your contact details.

1. Download China Bank Mobile App
2. Select “Register using Internet Banking Credentials”
3. Input your Online Banking username and password
4. Input the One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number
5. Select the deposit account to link to your mobile banking app
6. Create your user name and password then click submit

Congratulations! You are now signed up to China Bank Mobile App
On your first log-in, you will be required to input the Online Activation Code which was sent to your registered email address.
 

I have no ATM/ Cash card or Online Banking access, how to sign up to China Bank Mobile App

1. Fill the necessary form at your branch of account. You will receive an SMS PIN on your registered mobile number once the registration form is validated and approved.
2. Download the China Bank Mobile App
3. Select Sign-up: “Non-ATM (Others)”
4. Input the One-Time Password sent to your registered mobile number
5. Select the deposit account to link to your mobile banking app
6. Create your user name and password then click submit

Congratulations! You are now signed up to China Bank Mobile App
On your first log-in, you will be required to input the Online Activation Code which was sent to your registered email address.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I enrol my joint account to mobile banking?

Yes. Joint “OR” accounts are eligible for enrollment. However, Joint “AND” accounts are not allowed.

Which accounts are available through my China Bank Mobile App?

You may access the following DEPOSIT/CARD products and perform the transactions indicated below through your China Bank Mobile App:

Can I still use China Bank Online (Web Based) Banking once I start using the China Bank Mobile App?

Yes. You can still use and access your China Bank Online account and Phone Banking access once you start using the Mobile Banking App. This gives you more options and banking convenience.

Can I install the China Bank Mobile App in multiple smart phone devices?

Yes. You may install the Mobile Banking App to a maximum of five (5) devices. However, you may only access your account in these devices one at a time. Simultaneous login is not allowed.

Does the China Bank Mobile App send SMS and email alerts for any transaction performed by the user?

Yes. The Mobile Banking App automatically generates SMS or email alerts to notify the user each time a successful transaction is performed.

If my mobile device gets lost or stolen, why should I do?

If the mobile device that was lost or stolen is your only device registered, (1) you may call the bank at (02) 888-55-888 to request for the temporary deactivation or (2) if you have another mobile device, you may download the Mobile Banking App to the new device and de-register your old mobile device by performing the following transaction:

Step 1: Login to the Mobile Banking App
Step 2: Go to Settings Menu and select “De-Register Device”
Step 3: Select the device to de-register and click “Confirm”.
